ZStar User Service Agreement (Terms of Service)
Welcome to ZStar!
This User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Hangzhou Yunyan Data Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", or "us") regarding your download, installation, and use of the "ZStar" application (the "App" or "Platform").
Please read all terms carefully. If you disagree with any provision of this Agreement, please stop registering or using the App immediately. By checking the consent box, registering, or starting to use the App, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and accepted all the provisions of this Agreement.
1. General Provisions
- 1.1 "ZStar" is a platform providing volunteer planning assistance tools and data analysis services for college entrance exam candidates and their parents.
- 1.2 The ownership, operation rights, management rights, and related intellectual property rights of this App belong to Hangzhou Yunyan Data Technology.
- 1.3 The right of final interpretation of this Agreement belongs to the Company to the extent permitted by law.
2. Account Registration and Management
- 2.1 The basic volunteer planning features and data query services of this App are provided free of charge.
- 2.2 To use our services, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, and complete personal information as prompted during registration, and update it promptly.
- If you provide any illegal, false, or disruptive information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse your current and future use of all or part of the App's services.
2.3 Your registered username and avatar must not infringe upon the legitimate rights of others or violate public order and morals. The Platform reserves the right to forcibly modify nicknames, suspend, or revoke accounts suspected of violations.
3. Privacy Policy
We respect and protect your privacy. For details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, please strictly refer to our separate Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the privacy clauses in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
4. Modification, Interruption, and Termination of Services
- 4.1 The Platform is not responsible for the accidental deletion or failure to store information posted by users, nor do we promise to retain user data indefinitely.
- 4.2 We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or interrupt part of the network services at any time without prior notice, and shall not be liable for compensation to users or third parties.
- 4.3 If you object to any modifications to this Agreement or are dissatisfied with the services, you may stop using the App at any time or delete your account. Upon account deletion, the Platform will cease providing services to you.
5. User Conduct
[SPECIAL NOTICE: Apple App Store Compliance Clause] Users are solely responsible for the content they publish on the Platform. The use of this service must comply with national and international laws and regulations. The Platform maintains a strict "Zero Tolerance" policy against any illegal, objectionable, or abusive content.
- 5.1 Users must adhere to the following principles:
- Do not use the App for any illegal purposes.
- Keep your account and password secure. Notify the Platform immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Do not use the App for any behavior that may affect the fairness of college entrance exams.
5.2 Prohibited Behavior (Users shall not post the following content on the Platform):
- Content that endangers national security, promotes violence, obscenity, pornography, or vulgarity.
- Content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, or infringes upon the privacy, reputation, or goodwill of others.
- Any unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or "spam".
- Content that infringes upon the patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other exclusive rights of any third party.
- Distributing computer viruses or other computer codes designed to disrupt system security.
5.3 The Platform reserves the right to preserve or disclose user content when required by law or to protect the interests of the Platform and the public.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- 6.1 Hangzhou Yunyan Data Technology owns all intellectual property rights to the architecture, interfaces, logic, graphic materials, and related source codes within the App.
- 6.2 Admission data and university information provided by this App are for reference only. The final authority rests with the official announcements from universities and education examination authorities.
- 6.3 No individual or organization may illegally copy, distribute, display, or mirror any content of the App without permission. Violators will be held legally responsible.
7. Copyright Infringement & Takedown Notice
The Platform highly values intellectual property protection. If rights holders find that content on the Platform infringes their legitimate rights, please send a written "Takedown Notice," and we will take necessary removal or blocking measures according to the law.

- (1) Proof of ownership and identity (copy of ID card or business license).
- (2) Specific location and detailed description of the allegedly infringing content within the App.
- (3) A written statement guaranteeing the truthfulness of the complaint and valid contact information.
8. Disclaimer
- 8.1 Volunteer planning suggestions provided by this Platform are for reference only and do not constitute any admission guarantee. Final admission results are subject to official notifications from universities.
- 8.2 The Platform makes no express or implied warranties regarding third-party advertisements, information, or resources accessed through the service. Users assume their own risks.
- 8.3 The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by service interruptions or data loss due to force majeure, hacker attacks, system instability, network interruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- 9.1 The conclusion, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China.
- 9.2 If any dispute arises concerning the content or performance of this Agreement, the parties shall first seek to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent People's Court in the jurisdiction where Hangzhou Yunyan Data Technology is located.
